Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Public Speaking and Communication Teacher for domestic students. The role involves designing and delivering engaging online lessons that build students’ confidence in public speaking, presentation skills, and interpersonal communication. The teacher will create structured lesson plans, develop practice activities, and provide constructive feedback on student speeches and assignments. Responsibilities include assessing student progress, adapting teaching methods to different learning styles and age groups, and maintaining regular communication with students and relevant stakeholders. The teacher will also contribute to curriculum development, participate in training or team meetings, and ensure a supportive, inclusive, and motivating digital classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including public speaking, active listening, and clear articulation.
- Candidates should possess Education and Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management in an online setting, and student assessment.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills for creating lesson materials, instructional content, and feedback reports.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to develop evidence-based teaching methods and relevant course content.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, English, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience teaching communication or public speaking, especially in an online environment, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools, learning management systems, and video-conferencing platforms effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and continuous professional development.
