Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Public Speaking and Communication Teacher for students across all grades. The teacher will design and deliver online lessons that build confidence, clarity, and effectiveness in students’ public speaking and interpersonal communication. Daily responsibilities include planning engaging activities, creating age-appropriate lesson materials, conducting live interactive classes, and providing constructive feedback on presentations and written assignments. The role also involves assessing student progress, maintaining clear communication with parents or guardians as needed, and collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum and teaching strategies. The teacher is expected to use digital tools and platforms effectively to ensure a high-quality virtual learning experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including public speaking, presentation, and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Education and Teaching skills, with experience in instructing students across different age groups and learning levels.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills for creating lesson plans, learning materials, and constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to develop relevant content, examples, and activities that support communication learning objectives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, English, or related field are preferred.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, classroom management in a virtual setting, and student assessment is beneficial.
- Ability to create an inclusive, encouraging learning environment and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs is highly valued.
