We're currently looking for a Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team, based primarily at our Braybrook site, with some travel required to support other locations. About the Role This is a flexible part-time opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is available to work on a rotating roster, including every second weekend. You'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales growth, maintaining the presentation of our facilities, and contributing to a positive customer experience both in-store and over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships Handle sales enquiries and convert leads into storage rentals Maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility presentation Assist with general administrative tasks and accurate data entry Support the achievement of sales and performance targets Travel between sites when required (travel reimbursement provided) What You Bring: A genuine passion for helping customers with a positive attitude Ability to drive sales and achieve targets A team player mindset, with the ability to work independently when needed Strong computer, administrative, and communication skills High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach A stable employment history A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
