Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Public Relations Specialist located in New Delhi. The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for crafting compelling press releases, managing public relations initiatives, establishing strong media relations, and developing strategic communication plans. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets, and ensuring effective communication of Startup Story's mission and initiatives to relevant audiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in crafting Press Releases and expertise in overall Public Relations management
- Strong Communication and Media Relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Strategic Communications principles and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurial communities is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
