Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Specialist role located in Dwarka. The Public Relations Specialist will manage media relations, draft and distribute press releases, and develop strategies to improve public image and communication. Responsibilities include liaising with media outlets, crafting compelling stories, and coordinating press events to promote SPACE’s initiatives. The role requires managing strategic communications to align with the company’s mission of promoting astronomy and space education.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Public Relations, Media Relations, and working collaboratively with media outlets
- Proficiency in crafting Press Releases and developing Strategic Communications plans
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and external partners
- Demonstrated creativity in storytelling, paired with strategic thinking
- Flexibility to work on-site in Dwarka as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in science communication or education industries is a plus
