Role Description The Public Relations Specialist is a remote, part-time role based in Prayagraj. This role is responsible for developing and executing PR initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand, reputation, and visibility in the market. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, preparing media kits, and coordinating interviews, briefings, and events with journalists and media outlets. The specialist will monitor media coverage, track PR metrics, and prepare reports that inform communication strategies and leadership decisions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, support product launches and announcements, manage social and traditional media inquiries, and proactively identify opportunities for thought leadership and positive coverage.
Qualifications
- Strong Public Relations and Strategic Communications skills, with experience planning and executing integrated PR campaigns.
- Proficiency in drafting and managing Press Releases, including messaging alignment and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proven Media Relations experience, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners.
- Ability to analyze PR performance metrics, monitor media and industry trends, and adapt strategies based on data and feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working remotely and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience in technology or AI-driven organizations is an advantage but not required.
