Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and proactive PR Manager to lead and execute public relations strategies that enhance brand visibility, reputation, and media presence. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a PR agency environment and a strong network within media and influencer ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective PR strategies and campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers
- Manage press releases, media kits, and all external communication
- Plan and execute media outreach and coverage opportunities
- Monitor, analyze, and report PR performance and media coverage
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, content) for integrated campaigns
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Key Requirements- 4–5 years of relevant PR experience
- Prior experience in a PR agency is highly preferred
- Strong media network and proven track record of securing coverage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinking with strong execution skills
- Familiarity with digital PR, influencer marketing, and media tools is a plus
