Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR and communication strategies for the brand
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers
- Draft press releases, media notes, company announcements, and leadership communication
- Manage media coverage, interviews, and press events
- Handle corporate communications and brand positioning activities
- Coordinate with marketing and digital teams for campaign execution
- Monitor public perception and manage crisis communication when required
- Create communication plans for product launches and corporate events
- Track PR performance, media coverage, and brand visibility reports
- Support reputation management and external communication initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Public Relations and Corporate Communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in media handling and press coordination
- Knowledge of financial industry terminology and trends
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Familiarity with digital PR and social media communication is a plus
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations
- Prior experience in Finance, Fintech, BFSI, Banking, or Financial Services industry preferred
- Confident personality with strong presentation skills
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
