✔ Build and scale the public profile of Blue Moon Finance (BMF)
✔ Strategically position the Director as a recognised voice in fintech & personal finance

🎯 What You’ll Be Driving
🟣 Brand PR & Media Visibility
• Secure high-quality media coverage across financial & business publications
• Drive PR strategy, storytelling, and brand positioning
🟣 Director Personal Branding
• Own LinkedIn thought leadership (content, voice, consistency)
• Build presence across media, podcasts, and speaking platforms
• Position leadership as an industry authority — not just a company representative
🟣 Content & Thought Leadership
• Craft narratives, op-eds, and high-impact content
• Align PR with growth, SEO, and inbound strategy
🟣 Reputation & Influence Management
• Monitor sentiment, manage communications, and lead narrative control
🌟 Who This Is For
You’re not just a PR professional — you’re someone who:
✔ Has 2+ years in PR / communications (fintech, finance, or agency)
✔ Has built personal brands or executive profiles (this is critical)
✔ Understands LinkedIn deeply — content, positioning, and influence
✔ Can translate complex ideas into clear, powerful narratives
✔ Thinks strategically but executes fast
