Job Description
Media & Communication
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers
- Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and official statements
- Handle media queries and coordinate interviews
Brand & Reputation Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
- Monitor public perception and media coverage
- Manage crisis communication and protect brand reputation
Content Development
- Create content for press releases, speeches, blogs, newsletters, and social media
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns and product communication
Event Management
- Plan and execute press conferences, product launches, and corporate events
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams
Digital PR & Monitoring
- Track media coverage and prepare PR performance reports
- Manage online reputation and digital PR activities
Requirements
Key Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong media networking and relationship-building ability
- Crisis management and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinking and storytelling
- Knowledge of digital media and social platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications
- Experience in handling media relations and brand communication
