Job Description – Public Relations Officer
Location: Kishangarh, Rajasthan
Department: Administration / Corporate Affairs
Reporting To: AVP – HR / Management
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage external stakeholder relations, government coordination, and institutional partnerships. The role requires a professional who can effectively represent the organization, handle official communication, and ensure smooth coordination with government and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with government departments, airport authorities, local administration, police, and regulatory bodies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Kishangarh, Ajmer, Jaipur, and Rajasthan.
- Represent the organization during official meetings, audits, inspections, and stakeholder visits.
- Manage and track official correspondence, approvals, applications, and follow-ups with external authorities.
- Coordinate with local authorities to resolve operational or administrative issues in a timely manner.
- Support visitor facilitation, local logistics, and stakeholder coordination when required.
- Drive local outreach initiatives and strengthen the organization’s public image and visibility.
- Maintain records and trackers of external engagements, approvals, and commitments.
- Ensure professional and credible representation of the organization at all times.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in:
- Public Relations
- Government Liaison
- Corporate Affairs
- Administrative Coordination
- Experience in aviation, airport operations, education, or other regulated industries will be preferred.
Desired Skills & Attributes
- Strong network within Rajasthan’s administrative and government ecosystem.
- Prior experience dealing with government officials and authorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
- Willingness to travel locally and manage field responsibilities.
