Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Public Relations Manager to lead client communication, media outreach, and campaign execution. This role requires managing PR activities end-to-end, securing impactful media coverage, and building strong relationships with journalists and influencers.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PR Executives and Senior Executives
- Allocate work, define KPIs, and track team performance
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and training sessions
- Ensure team motivation, productivity, and alignment with company goals
Client & Campaign Management
Oversee end-to-end execution of PR campaigns across multiple clients
