Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PR Manager – BFSI to lead client servicing and media strategy for our financial services portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector, along with proven media relations and strategic communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end PR mandates for BFSI clients, ensuring seamless execution of communication strategies
· Develop and implement impactful media strategies aligned with client business objectives
· Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business, financial, and mainstream media
· Drive high-quality media coverage including interviews, bylines, and thought leadership placements
· Act as a strategic advisor to clients on reputation management, crisis communication, and positioning
· Mentor and manage a team, ensuring delivery excellence and professional development
· Collaborate with internal teams for integrated campaigns across digital, content, and social media
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and media landscape within BFSI

Key Requirements
· 4–6 years of experience in Public Relations, with strong exposure to BFSI clients
· Prior experience in an agency environment is highly preferred
· Excellent media network across financial and business publications
· Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
· Ability to manage multiple clients and fast-paced deliverables
· Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution approach
· Strong stakeholder management and client servicing skills

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
· Understanding of financial markets, fintech, banking, and insurance sectors
