About the Role

Concept PR is looking for an experienced PR Manager with a strong focus on core public relations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on media relations, strategic storytelling, and reputation management, with the ability to independently lead accounts and deliver consistent media visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple PR accounts with complete ownership
• Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with client objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses
• Drive high-quality media coverage across print, online editorial, and broadcast platforms
• Oversee development of press releases, media kits, bylines, interviews, and leadership profiling content
• Identify proactive storytelling opportunities and strong media angles
• Lead press interactions, media briefings, and conferences
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on brand positioning and communication approach
• Manage crisis communication and sensitive issues effectively
• Track, analyze, and present media coverage reports and campaign outcomes
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure quality and consistency

Key Requirements

• 4–6 years of core Public Relations experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong media network across key publications and journalists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to secure impactful media coverage
• Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience across sectors in Public Relations
• Strong understanding of media landscape and editorial preferences
• Experience in managing leadership visibility and thought leadership mandates
