About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Account Executive who is eager to build a long-term career in Public Relations and Communications.
This role is designed as the first step in our client servicing career pathway. During your first year, you'll work closely with experienced consultants, developing strong foundations in research, reporting, project coordination and media engagement before progressively taking on greater client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Account Executive, you will support our consultants across a range of client accounts by:
- Monitoring media coverage and industry developments.
- Preparing client reports, media summaries and presentation materials.
- Conducting research on industries, competitors and stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining media and journalist databases.
- Supporting media outreach and relationship building.
- Coordinating project timelines, trackers and internal deliverables.
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Supporting campaign planning and execution.
- Assisting with event coordination and logistics.
- Working closely with regional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online research tools.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
