Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for a Public Relations Intern based in the Greater Delhi Area, offering a blend of on-site and remote work. The intern will assist in drafting press releases, managing relationships with media outlets, and executing public relations strategies. Responsibilities also include collaborating on strategic communication initiatives, supporting media outreach efforts, and contributing to the promotion of startup stories on various platforms. The role involves engaging with diverse stakeholders, fostering meaningful connections, and driving awareness for Startup Story’s mission.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in drafting Press Releases and experience in Media Relations
- Knowledge of Public Relations strategies and practices to effectively manage brand presence
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with Strategic Communications and the ability to craft targeted messaging
- Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with media professionals
- Passion for entrepreneurship and an interest in storytelling as a medium for inspiration
- Enthusiasm for collaborating in a hybrid work environment with adaptability to both remote and in-office settings
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
