📢 We’re Hiring: Account Executives - Automobile Practice
Location: Mumbai
Adfactors PR is looking for smart and energetic #PublicRelations professionals for our Automobile Practice- Account Executives who are eager to #learn, #collaborate and #growtogether.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Support the planning and execution of strategic communications programmes for clients across automobile, EV, logistics, mobility and transportation sectors
- Develop high-quality communication materials including press releases, media briefs, leadership messaging, opinion pieces, Q&As, issue statements, and thought leadership content
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive, business, infrastructure, policy, logistics, and technology media across print, digital, and broadcast platforms
- Track industry developments, regulatory updates, policy announcements, competitor activity, and emerging narratives within the automotive and EV ecosystem
- Support reputation management and crisis communications mandates through timely coordination, media monitoring, response drafting, and stakeholder communication support
- Identify proactive storytelling opportunities around innovation, sustainability, electrification, manufacturing, infrastructure, safety, and future mobility trends
- Work closely with internal consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure strategic consistency across communication initiatives
- Assist in the execution of product launches, plant announcements, partnerships, policy engagements, industry forums, leadership interactions, and media events
- Monitor media coverage, prepare analytical reports, derive insights, and evaluate communication outcomes against client objectives
- Support senior team members on client servicing, strategic counsel, and day-to-day account management responsibilities
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputed b-school
- 1-3 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or integrated communications consultancy Prior exposure to Automobile, EV, Mobility, Logistics, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Technology sectors will be preferred Strong understanding of India’s evolving mobility and transportation landscape, including EV adoption, sustainability narratives, infrastructure development, and policy ecosystem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create business-focused and media-relevant narratives.
- Strong media relations skills and understanding of the business, automotive, and technology media ecosystem
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment with strong attention to detail and execution rigour Prior experience in handling reputation-sensitive mandates, crisis situations, or corporate communications assignments will be an added advantage
