Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Executive role based in Gurugram. The Public Relations Executive will manage day-to-day media outreach, including drafting and distributing press releases, pitch notes, and story ideas to targeted journalists and publications. The role involves maintaining and expanding media relationships, tracking coverage, and preparing media reports and analysis for clients. Responsibilities include supporting PR strategies for multiple accounts, coordinating interviews and press events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. The Public Relations Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to align PR activities with broader marketing campaigns and client objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience managing journalist and publication outreach.
- Proficiency in drafting Press Releases and related PR materials tailored to different media formats.
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills, including clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messaging.
- Ability to plan, execute, and measure PR campaigns, including media monitoring and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative working style.
- Familiarity with digital PR tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics is an advantage.
