Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Public Relations Executive, based in Mumbai with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Public Relations Executive will manage media relations, craft press releases, and develop public relations strategies.
Daily responsibilities include -
-Develop and execute effective PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with the media outlets and Journalists
-Coordinate, manage clients, and attend meetings
-Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
-Coordinate and manage media opportunities and other PR activities
-Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
-Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, content) to align PR activities with overall brand strategy.
-Support new business acquisitions from research and analysis to preparing pitch presentations
-Attend client meetings
-Ensure timely response to media inquiries and maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Public Relations or a similar role.
• Strong media relations with a proven track record of successful placements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, and Communication
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication abilities
- Organizational and multitasking skills for managing events and campaigns
- Proficiency in navigating media platforms and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Familiarity with social media marketing and influencer engagement is a plus.
