Public Relations (PR) & Client Servicing—Job Role
PR Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute public relations strategies to strengthen the brand visibility and reputation of the company.
Secure regular media coverage and industry visibility, targeting a minimum of 3–4 media mentions per month for Vaidam and 3–4 mentions within two months for associated doctors and hospital clients, depending on opportunities and frequency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, healthcare editors, influencers, and PR agencies.
Identify healthcare industry trends, hospital developments, and medical advancements to create timely communication opportunities.
Develop press releases, media pitches, thought leadership articles, blogs, and corporate communication content.
Ensure brand representation across healthcare forums, PR events, collaborations, and media interactions.
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and internal stakeholders to gather stories, achievements, and patient success narratives for coverage.
Monitor media coverage, brand mentions, and PR performance metrics and maintain regular reporting dashboards.
Create and publish communication material across company channels, including website blogs, social media platforms, and digital communication channels, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Client Servicing / Digital Marketing Account Executive—Job Role
Key Responsibilities
As you are learning DM aspects, you will be hands-on with marketing processes and healthcare communication workflows during the initial phase.
Perform hands-on execution of digital marketing activities similar to a digital marketing executive, including content publishing, campaign coordination, and social media management.
Create healthcare-focused content, including blogs, social media posts, captions, and campaign communication, aligned with brand tone.
Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, ORM, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, and online brand promotions.
Gradually engage with clients and manage accounts by understanding their business objectives, healthcare services, and marketing goals.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, social media executives, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met.
Take ownership of specific accounts and independently manage deliverables once trained and skilled in assigned areas.
Execute projects directly where required or manage execution through cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
