Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Communications Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram with a deep understanding of the Adtech ecosystem. You will be responsible for crafting our brand narrative, managing media relations, and ensuring that Adwize is recognized as a thought leader in the hyperlocal advertising space.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, tech bloggers, and industry influencers across the Adtech and Business sectors.
- Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives around Adwize’s impact on local economies and SMEs.
- Content Strategy: Draft high-quality press releases, op-eds, whitepapers, and keynote speeches for leadership.
- Crisis Management: Proactively manage company reputation and lead communication strategies during sensitive periods.
- Event Representation: Coordinate and manage Adwize’s presence at industry conferences, webinars, and local business forums.
- Internal Alignment: Work closely with the Founder’s office and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
What We Are Looking For
- Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in PR or Corporate Communications, specifically within the Adtech or MarTech industry.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex programmatic technology into relatable stories for a diverse audience.
- Media Network: A proven track record of securing placements in major tech and business publications (ET, Inc42, YourStory, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a significant plus.
- Agility: A startup mindset—thriving in a fast-paced environment and taking full ownership of projects.
