Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Public Relations Assistant based in Patna. The Public Relations Assistant will be responsible for drafting and distributing press releases, managing media relations, fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additional tasks include supporting public relations campaigns and assisting in the company's outreach efforts to build and maintain a positive public image.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating and distributing Press Releases
- Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
- Experience in fostering Media Relations and managing media inquiries
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a proactive approach to addressing needs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage on-site responsibilities effectively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare or emergency response services is an added advantage.
Location- Patna
Salary- 1.2LPA - 2.5LPA
