Key Responsibilities – Account Director (6–7+ Years Experience)
- Lead and manage key client accounts and overall PR strategy
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute integrated PR and communications campaigns
- Drive media relations, strategic pitching, and high-quality media coverage
- Identify new and relevant media opportunities for clients
- Develop thought leadership, authored articles, interviews, and speaking opportunities
- Lead crisis communication and reputation management when required
- Manage and mentor account teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Review and approve pitches, press releases, content, and client deliverables
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and present results to clients
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and new business
- Stay updated on industry trends, media landscape, and emerging communication opportunities
- Manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively
