About the Role:We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic PR Executive with 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations to join our team. This role involves working on strategic communications initiatives to enhance our brand’s reputation, manage media relations, and execute impactful PR campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers in print, online, and broadcast media to secure coverage and visibility.
- Content Creation: Draft press releases, pitches, and other PR materials. Craft engaging content that resonates with target audiences and communicates key messages.
- Campaign Execution: Support the execution of PR campaigns, including managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring campaign objectives are met.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, analyze PR metrics, and prepare reports to assess campaign performance and reach.
- Crisis Management: Assist in managing and responding to PR crises as needed, ensuring accurate and timely communication to maintain brand reputation.
- Client Relationship Management: Liaise with internal teams at the client end, including marketing and product teams, to ensure PR strategies align with their company goals and messaging.
- Event Support: Coordinate PR activities for events, including media briefings, press conferences, and product launches.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within an agency.
- Strong media connections and proven experience in securing media coverage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of PR tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
