Public Digital Campaigns & Distribution Lead
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced digital political professional to lead content amplification, hyperlocal distribution and mass-scale narrative e execution. The role is focused not just on content creation, but on ensuring content reaches and influences people at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital campaign strategy and execution across platforms.
- Build and manage large-scale content distribution systems.
- Oversee reels, creatives, WhatsApp, pages, influencers and hyperlocal digital ecosystems.
- Manage content creators, designers, editors and distribution teams.
- Drive rapid-response digital narrative operations and performance tracking.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in political digital campaigns.
- Handled digital campaigns for a full state election or equivalent large-scale campaign.
- Strong understanding of political content amplification and mass distribution.
- Managed teams of content creators, creatives and digital operators.
- Deep understanding of WhatsApp, short-video, influencer and hyperlocal distribution ecosystems.
