Our team provides complete guidance, from university selection and admission to visa processing and pre-departure support.
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Public & Government Universities Admission Specialist to join our growing team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, Gujarat.
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end student admission cases for public, government-funded, tuition-free, and affordable universities. The role involves counselling students, evaluating profiles, preparing applications, coordinating with universities, guiding students through documentation, and supporting visa processing until departure.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
• Evaluate academic profiles and recommend suitable public and government universities.
• Handle university applications from profile assessment to admission.
• Prepare and review SOPs, LORs, CVs, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with universities regarding applications and admission updates.
• Assist students with visa documentation and filing.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with students throughout the admission process.
• Provide pre-departure guidance and support.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of public, government-funded, tuition-free, and affordable universities.
• Experience in overseas admissions, documentation, or student counselling is preferred.
• Excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple student applications independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Freshers with excellent knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Knowledge
Experience with admissions for countries such as Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Spain, Norway, Sweden, and other destinations offering public or government-funded universities will be an advantage.
