Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PTE Lab Technician at our Bengaluru South location. The PTE Lab Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining lab equipment, conducting performance and quality tests, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and documenting test results accurately to support the development of innovative IT solutions. The role requires close collaboration with team members and adherence to organizational standards for technical operations.
Lab Operations & Asset Maintenance:
- Provide dedicated PTE lab technician support, including equipment monitoring and asset tracking.
- Perform routine lab and equipment maintenance to ensure uninterrupted lab operations.
- Maintain asset logs, usage records, and perform basic preventive maintenance checks.
ATE, UltraFLEX , GP3 Tester and Eval bench Setup and Remote Enablement Support:
- Support ADI engineers with ATE setup activities to enable effective remote operation.
Perform ATE setup activities including:
- Docking the load board on the ATE.
- Changing and configuring the Device Under Test (DUT).
- Setting and controlling temperature using Thermo‑Stream.
- Executing data collection during test runs.
Data Collection & Integrity Checks:
- Verify the integrity of collected data to ensure there are no issues during data capture.
- Follow predefined validation and check procedures as trained by ADI engineers.
- Identify, flag, and report any anomalies observed during testing or data collection.
Additional Technical Support Activities:
- Support basic electrical measurements using:
- Multimeter
- Oscilloscope
- Assist with bench‑level characterization activities as required.
- Provide support for any other basic lab-related technical tasks aligned with PTE requirements.
- Perform basic soldering and rework activities on boards, connectors, and test fixtures as needed.
