Project Manager - Civil

Job Responsibilities: Able to manage budgets and allocate project resources in accordance with RAB/RAP. Capable of planning, controlling, evaluating, executing, conducting, and reporting project work in line with the company's or project owner's established timeline and quality standards. Proficient in workforce planning and mobilization, equipment and material procurement, and workplace infrastructure preparation. Monitor and report project progress throughout the implementation phase. Ensure quality, workmanship, project timeline adherence, and budget control. Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant departments, users, subcontractors, vendors, security personnel, and stakeholders on-site. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects, particularly in dock/port projects. Strong understanding of project management, risk management, and strategic planning techniques. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Knowledgeable in QHSE management, legal risk, and social risk management. Excellent leadership skills. Willing to travel for business trips and be assigned anywhere across Indonesia.
