Quantity Engineer

Melakukan perhitungan biaya material, tenaga kerja, dan peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk proyek konstruksi. Menyiapkan anggaran biaya proyek berdasarkan gambar teknik dan spesifikasi. Menganalisis harga pasar material dan tenaga kerja untuk memastikan estimasi biaya yang akurat. Memahami hal terkait volume, harga satuan, dan tata cara pembayaran yang dijelaskan dalam dokumen lelang atau dokumen kontrak. Melakukan survey lapangan awal sebelum dilakukan pekerjaan. Mengukur dan menghitung kuantitas material dan pekerjaan yang telah dilaksanakan. Memeriksa dan memverifikasi kuantitas pekerjaan yang diajukan oleh kontraktor. Mempersiapkan data terkait pengajuan penagihan hasil pekerjaan. Bekerja sama dengan tim proyek dan memastikan proyek berjalan lancar.
