IT Manager - CRM & Web Master

Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee both CRM management and webmaster responsibilities. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our CRM systen, ensuring seamless integeration with other bussines tools, and managing the company's websites to ensure the are secure, functional, and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities : CRM Management : oversee the daily operation and maintenance od the CRM system. ensure data integerity, consistency, and security withinthe CRM. develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and sales processes generate report and analytics from the CRM to support bussines decisions Webmaster Responsibilites : manage, update, and maintain the company's websites, ensuring optimal perfomance, security, and use experience. monitor site perfomance and troubleshoot issues as the arise. implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rangkings. coordinate with content creators to ensure timely and accurate updates to the website. manage website hosting, domains, and related technical aspects. ensure websites are compliant with relevant legl and regulatory standards. Qualifications : bachelor's degree in information techology, computer science, or related field. min. 5 of years experience IT management, with a focus on CRM systems and website management. strong knowledge of CRM system (e.g., Sales force, HubSpot) and web development platforms (e.g., Wordpress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). experience SEO, analytics tools, and website perfomance optimazation. excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
