・Interviews and guidance for technical intern trainee candidates

・Recruitment of technical intern trainee candidates

・Support for technical intern trainees

・Document preparation and departure support

・All other duties related to technical intern training

Since its establishment in 2016, PT. Human Mandiri Indonesia has expanded its Japanese language education business and its business of supporting the sending of technical intern trainees and specific skilled foreign workers to Japan, and boasts a track record of educating and sending more than 3,000 people. Currently, approximately 1,700 people are active in Japan, and with the increasing need for foreign human resources in Japan, we are looking to further expand our sending support business and are looking to recruit new personnel to strengthen our sales department.

■ Qualifications

Required conditions for application

• Japanese: N2 or above
• Education: SMA/SMK or above

• Healthy in mind and body
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Experience of technical internship, specific skills, or study abroad in Japan is welcome
• Able to cooperate in a team and value communication
