About the role
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Build and maintain a consistent design system.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify insights and improve user experience.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Optimize user flows for efficiency and ease of use.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and product analytics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of User-Centered Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Thinking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience designing for both mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process.
