About the role

Assist in identifying, recording, and monitoring risks across all company functions.
Collect and analyze risk data for reporting purposes.
Support the development of monthly or quarterly risk reports.
Assist in conducting risk studies on competitors and fintech industry developments.
Support the creation or revision of SOPs, policies, and risk management frameworks.
Provide analysis that contributes to decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

currently enrolled in risk management, finance, accounting, industrial engineering, information systems, business, or other related fields.
understanding of basic risk management concepts (identification, assessment, mitigation).
proficient in microsoft excel (functions such as vlookup, and pivot table) and google sheets.
able to read and process data (knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus).
basic understanding of fintech business processes or electronic money services.
strong critical and analytical thinking skills in evaluating data and processes.
detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly curious about potential risks.
able to deliver analysis results effectively, both in written and verbal communication.
capable of collaborating and coordinating across departments such as operations, technology, and compliance.
proactive, responsible, and with high integrity.
quick to adapt in a dynamic environment.
disciplined and able to work independently as well as in a team.
eager to learn and grow, especially in risk management and the financial technology industry.
