Role Description
Duration: 3 months
Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week
Compensation: Unpaid internship, leads to paid internship after 3 months if satisfactory
Certification: Official Certificate of Completion awarded upon successful completion

The Outreach & Partnerships Intern will support partnership development, community engagement, and communication efforts across MindDhara’s ecosystem. You will be under the guidance and management of our Clinical Operations & Community Lead and the Founders office.
You will help build relationships with organisations, universities, professionals, and community groups while assisting with outreach strategy, communication drafting, and coordination of partnership initiatives. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to mental health, neuroscience, and culturally informed care in India and for South Asian communities across the globe.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or related Behavioural Sciences.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to draft messages, outreach material, and partnership proposals effectively
- Proficiency in Community Outreach and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Ability to conduct Research and analyze data to support outreach initiatives and collaborations
- Interest or background in neuromarketing, behavioural science, mental health, brain sciences, or a related field is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and eagerness to work independently and in collaborative environments
Key Responsibilities:
Play a key role in growing MindDhara's global network by working directly alongside founders, clinicians, and mental health professionals across multiple time zones and continents.
- Drive outreach communications to prospective partners and collaborators via email and direct messaging
- Own the follow-up process to ensure every partnership conversation is progressed with care and consistency
- Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with MindDhara's growing community of global collaborators
- Coordinate high-value meetings and partnership opportunities from initial contact through to confirmed next steps
- Keep partnership records, trackers, and communications organised and audit-ready at all times
