Job Title: Traineeship Program
About the TraineeshipTruHap Neuro Development Centre is inviting graduates and postgraduates to join its Certified Clinical Traineeship Program. This program is designed for candidates who want practical exposure in a real clinical environment and wish to build confidence before starting their professional careers.
Trainees will observe and assist experienced professionals, interact with clients, understand assessment and therapy processes, and gain hands-on exposure to clinical documentation and case management.
Eligible BackgroundsCandidates who have completed graduation or postgraduation in:
- Physiotherapy
- Psychology
- Special Education
- Rehabilitation or related fields
Roles and Responsibilities- Observe therapy, assessment and consultation sessions under professional supervision.
- Assist therapists and clinical professionals during sessions, wherever appropriate.
- Support the preparation of therapy materials, activities and session resources.
- Learn how to understand client concerns, case histories and treatment requirements.
- Observe client behaviour, participation and progress during sessions.
- Assist with basic clinical documentation, session notes and record maintenance.
- Participate in case discussions, professional guidance sessions and internal learning activities.
- Learn appropriate communication with children, adults, parents and caregivers.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and organizational information.
- Follow the Centre’s clinical, administrative, hygiene and professional protocols.
- Attend the program regularly and complete assigned learning tasks.
- Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, empathy and willingness to learn.

- Genuine interest in clinical practice and child development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic and responsible attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain professional boundaries
- Willingness to learn through observation, practice and feedback
- Commitment to complete the selected three-month or six-month duration
Nature of the ProgramThis is a structured, practical traineeship program intended to provide clinical exposure, professional mentoring and career-oriented learning. It is not a regular salaried employment position.
