Company Description
The Buddy Program is designed for psychology students who want to step beyond theory and gain real-world experience in emotional support. As a Buddy, you become part of PANHA’s mental health ecosystem, contributing directly to creating a safe and supportive space for individuals. Selected interns will be trained by professional psychologists and will actively contribute to PANHA’s support initiatives while developing practical skills in the field.
What You’ll Be Part Of
PANHA is building a mental health support platform where Buddies can:
• Create a public support profile on the platform
• Share mental health-related reels and videos
• Build a personal audience around emotional well-being
• Allow individuals to reach out for peer-based emotional support
This is an opportunity to start shaping your identity as a mental health advocate while still in college.
Key Contributions
• Provide peer-based emotional support in a safe and responsible manner
• Engage with individuals seeking guidance and support
• Create awareness-driven content around mental health
• Participate in training sessions and supervision processes
• Contribute to PANHA’s support ecosystem with empathy and professionalism
Who Can Apply
Psychology students looking to gain practical exposure in mental health support.
Eligible Applicants:
• UG Psychology – 2nd year and above
• PG Psychology – 1st year and above
