Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Psychology Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will assist with conducting psychological assessments, supporting mental health initiatives, and implementing educational programs to enhance emotional and social development. Core responsibilities also include working closely with clients, facilitating workshops or activities, and maintaining documentation related to psychological evaluations and interventions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Psychology and Psychological Testing
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• A foundational understanding of Mental Health concepts and practices
• Knowledge of Education principles related to child development and behavioral interventions
• Empathy, active listening, and ability to create a safe and inclusive environment
• A degree or coursework in Psychology, Counseling, or related fields
• Prior experience in working with children or families is an advantage
