Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Psychology Intern based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities will include supporting HR operations through psychometric assessments, helping in the design of employee engagement and wellness programs, conducting research on HR best practices, and assisting in training and development initiatives. The intern will also collaborate with team members to analyze data and contribute to the development of HR-related corporate policies and strategies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in conducting psychometric assessments and creating assessment tools
- Understanding of employee engagement, wellness programs, and corporate culture-building strategies
- Research and analytical skills for HR trends and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist in training and development documentation
- Adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR tech platforms like Zoho People (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related fields
