Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Faculty role in the Psychology department at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), located in Bengaluru. The faculty member will deliver lectures, create and maintain course content, and engage in curriculum development tailored to undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Responsibilities include mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to publishing articles in academic journals. The faculty member will also participate in departmental activities and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of education are maintained.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Psychology subject matter and its application.
- Experience in Curriculum Development, including structuring and refining academic syllabi to meet current educational standards.
- Expertise in University Teaching and classroom instruction, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Strong research skills with a proven ability to publish and contribute to academic knowledge..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster an effective learning environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on advancements in psychology and education methodologies.
- Experience in integrating modern technology into teaching practices is a plus.
