Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Psychology Educator serving ISC & IGCSE Boards. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lesson plans, facilitating classroom learning, and using innovative teaching methodologies tailored to varied learning styles. The educator will implement effective training programs to enhance students' understanding of psychology and contribute to their academic and personal development through continuous evaluation and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development, particularly for ISC & IGCSE Boards
- Strong background in Education and understanding of various teaching methodologies
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful student engagement
- Proven experience in Teaching and Training, including the ability to facilitate active learning
- Passion for psychology and its applications
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Psychology or Education (post-graduate degree preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to create a student-centered learning environment
- Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning is an advantage
