**Job Title:** Behavioural therapist

**Job Summary:**
Ignitio CDC is seeking a dedicated and qualified MA Psychology professional to join our team as a full-time counsellor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing psychological support, conducting assessments, and implementing intervention strategies for individuals, particularly children and young adults, to support their emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations using standardized tools
* Provide one-on-one counseling and therapeutic interventions
* Develop individualized intervention and treatment plans
* Work closely with parents, caregivers, and educators to track progress
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records and reports
* Support clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care
* Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and training programs when required
* Ensure adherence to ethical practices and organizational policies
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
* Master’s Degree in Psychology (MA Psychology), MSc Psychology
* Relevant experience in counseling, child psychology, or clinical settings preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
* Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques
* Willingness to work across both Manikonda and Srinagar Colony centers
