Job Description:The role primarily involves working with children and supporting their behavioural, emotional, developmental, and educational needs through structured therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:✔ Work closely with children and understand their individual developmental and emotional needs
✔ Collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
✔ Develop individualized therapeutic and educational strategies tailored to each child
✔ Maintain professional documentation, session updates, and progress reports
✔ Support children with behavioural, emotional, and developmental concerns
✔ Conduct sessions with professionalism, empathy, and consistency
✔ Travel to work locations as required for sessions
Requirements:✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with children (mandatory)
✔ Background in Psychology / Therapy / Special Education
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Ability to engage, support, and build rapport with children and families
✔ Willingness to travel within Bangalore for work-related requirements
