About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Psychologist with a strong foundation in Neuroscience and a deep interest in neurodivergence, innovative therapeutic approaches, and multidisciplinary care models. This role blends clinical insight, research capability, and technology-driven thinking to help design and deliver next-generation mental health solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychological assessments and therapy sessions, with sensitivity toward neurodivergent populations (e.g., ADHD, ASD, learning differences).
- Contribute to and lead research initiatives at the intersection of neuroscience, behavior, and mental health interventions.
- Design and experiment with innovative therapy tools, including digital, gamified, or hybrid therapeutic models.
- Collaborate across teams (product, design, AI/ML, education) to build multidisciplinary mental health solutions.
- Develop evidence-based frameworks and protocols for interventions.
- Maintain thorough documentation, data tracking, and outcome analysis.
- Stay updated with advancements in neuroscience, therapy techniques, and mental health technology.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Educational Background:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychology with specialization or strong exposure to Neuroscience / Cognitive Science / Clinical Psychology
- Core Competencies:Strong understanding of neurodivergence and cognitive diversity
- Demonstrated interest or experience in research and evidence-based practice
- High empathy and client-centered approach to therapy
- Ability to think beyond traditional therapy models
- Mindset & Traits:Resourceful & proactive – able to work with limited resources and find creative solutions
- Workhorse attitude – high ownership, execution-focused
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital tools, open to integrating technology in therapy
- Curious & experimental – willing to test and iterate new ideas
Preferred Experience- Experience working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent individuals
- Exposure to digital mental health tools, EdTech, or HealthTech
- Prior involvement in research projects, publications, or clinical trials
- Familiarity with AI-assisted therapy tools, behavioral data, or cognitive assessments
