We’re Hiring: Behavioral Therapist
We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and work closely with children and adolescents with diverse developmental and emotional needs.
Role Overview:
The therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, planning and implementing individualized intervention programs, and working collaboratively with families and professionals to support overall development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans (IEPs/home plans)
- Conduct therapy sessions both individually and in group settings
- Work with children and adolescents with neurological concerns, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and behavioral challenges
- Focus on areas such as communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and ADLs
- Provide parent training and guidance for carryover at home
- Maintain documentation, track progress, and modify goals as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
- Background in Psychology (Bachelor’s/Master’s) or related field
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work consistently, patiently, and adaptively
