Role Description
The Psychologist will work full-time and on-site at our Vadodara location, providing psychological support and care for children and adults with special needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, providing counseling to both patients and their families, and ensuring ongoing mental health care. The psychologist will play an integral role in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment for emotional and developmental growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology, including theory and practice relevant to child and adult development
- Experience with Counseling and conducting Psychological Assessments
- Strong knowledge of Mental Health and strategies for intervention
- Basic understanding of interconnected domains such as Medicine for therapeutic applications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Relevant degree or certification in Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other special needs is a plus
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to improving the lives of children and adults
