Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for taking therapy sessions for MantraCare clients, including clients dealing with OCD, anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one therapy and counseling sessions for MantraCare clients.
- Handle cases related to OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship concerns.
- Assess client concerns and create personalized treatment plans.
- Use evidence-based therapy approaches such as CBT, REBT, mindfulness, etc.
- Maintain client records, progress notes, and confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Provide emotional support and mental wellness guidance.
- Participate in workshops, awareness sessions, and wellness initiatives when required.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years of counseling / therapy experience is mandatory.
- Experience handling OCD and anxiety-related cases is preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Professional and ethical counseling approach.
