Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Psychologist role based in Noida. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide counseling and mental health support, and develop personalized care plans. The role includes collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the well-being and progress of children. The professional will also maintain accurate records and contribute to the advancement of evidence-based practices in therapy and intervention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Psychological Assessment to evaluate developmental, emotional, and cognitive needs
- Strong knowledge and practice in Psychology, focusing on child and adolescent development
- Experience in Counseling and providing Mental Health support to children and families
- Understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions and the ability to design effective interventions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Master's or higher degree in Psychology or a related field
- Licensure or certification in clinical or counseling psychology (as per regional regulations)
- Experience in working with children with Autism, ADHD, or other neurodevelopmental needs is an advantage
