Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Psychologist based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to complete some responsibilities remotely. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide counseling, and support clients in addressing mental health and emotional challenges. Tasks will also include developing tailored intervention programs and collaborating with professionals across various disciplines to foster well-being. The Psychologist will participate in capacity-building initiatives and contribute to the organization's consultancy projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology and Mental Health
- Proficiency in Counseling and Therapeutic Techniques
- Experience in Psychological Assessments and their interpretation
- Familiarity with approaches to supporting Special Education Needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field
- Additional training or certifications in counseling or therapy are a plus
- Understanding of confidentiality and ethical considerations in mental health practice
