Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychologist located in Saket. The Psychologist will be responsible for assessing mental health needs, providing counseling, and implementing therapeutic interventions. Daily tasks include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with other wellness experts. Responsibilities also involve maintaining confidential records, addressing emotional and psychological concerns, and promoting mental well-being in alignment with the organization's holistic approach.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in psychological assessment, therapy techniques, and counseling
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing diverse mental health issues
- Proficient in creating and fostering group therapy sessions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Knowledge of integrative mental health practices, such as mindfulness and stress management techniques
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field
- Relevant professional licensure or certification in psychology is required
- Familiarity with spiritual and holistic healing approaches is an asset
