Role Description
We are looking for a Psychologist with 3+ years of experience for a new project, who brings a strong understanding of human behaviour along with a business, marketing and consulting mindset.
This role goes beyond traditional counselling, you will work as a Treatment Consultant, partnering with US-based healthcare and treatment center owners to enhance patient engagement, refine treatment positioning, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong collaborative approach, working closely with healthcare business owners to align treatment strategies with business growth objective
- Collaborate with treatment centers and healthcare businesses in the US/ APAC Region
- Design and improve lead generation, journeys, and engagement strategies for business growth
- Work closely on lead conversion, and outreach
- Provide insights into patient psychology to improve sales and retention
- Identify gaps and recommend strategies to drive performance and revenue growth
What we are looking for
- Understanding of marketing, sales funnels, or business strategy
- Ability to collaborate with treatment center owners and patients to drive patient-centric solutions with a business growth perspective.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology
- Understanding of marketing campaign and strategies
- 3+ years of relevant experience (consulting, healthcare, or related roles)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with international clients (US healthcare exposure preferred)
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and growth
Good to have
- Experience in healthcare marketing / patient acquisition
- Exposure to US healthcare ecosystem or treatment centers
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, and conversion strategies
